One of the things that has made us so popular with our clients is our downright amazing customer and technical service skills. We realize that it sounds like we're tooting our own horns, but it's just plain true!

 

If you need technical support, please email support@centralhouse.com or phone us at (209) 245-5900 ext. 3. If you are asked to leave a message, do so and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

 

When emailing, please be sure to be specific about the problem that you are encountering. Based on the nature of your problem we may need to do some research. Please be patient, we will respond as quickly as possible.

 

Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 7am - 7pm; Saturday & Sunday, 8am - 5pm. Even when technicians are not answring phones, our servers are monitored 24x7.
