Steve has always been so patient, especially with "computer retards" like myself who just limp around in an attempt to keep up with modern technology. I'm no "spring chicken", yet it seems computers are necessary to survive these days! We sometimes need a little kind assistance when we run into an internet snag. I come from the days of manual typewriters, carbon paper, and erasers... :-) We thought electric typewriters were the greatest thing when they came out... and WOW, wasn't "white out" just the ultimate in technology! *Chuckles*

 

Not all of us are "up to time" as my Grandma used to say. I'm one of those not "up to time" people who just do the best we can with modern technology, and sometimes need a little help. We appreciate being met with someone who will help us out in our time of frustration and need. I truly thank you for that.

I have been a subscriber to Central House Internet Services for over three years. During this time, I have had at least three occasions (the most recently was 2 days ago) to call for technical help--and each time has been when I was in the midst of working on a critical project. Your telephone was always answered promptly and I immediately was transferred to the technical support staff. Your technician, Steve Blanton, either answered the telephone immediately or within five minutes I had a call back from him. On each of these occasions, and no matter how simple or complex was my problem, Steve spent as much time as was necessary on the phone listening to me and walking me through corrective options to satisfactorily resolve my problem. Always did I find Steve to be extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

 

It is quite apparent that customer satisfaction is his goal, and he is a real pro at providing it. In my opinion, Steve is to be congratulated. He is truly an asset to your organization.

 

In addition to your dedicated technical staff, I would like to commend you and your staff for an extremely efficient organization. It is such a pleasure to call your business and be greeted with courtesy and professionalism. Unlike the seemingly "norm" of businesses today, your phones, though automated when answered, are easily and readily accessible to a "live" person who is well-informed and able to meet my needs.

 

Prior to subscribing to your services, I was with two different organizations in the Roseville area. Unlike your organization, when I was in the middle of a complex project and needed technical advice, I would be greeted by an automated answering service, instructed to punch several buttons on the telephone, and then informed by a recording that my wait could be up to 45 minutes or longer. Yes, I was given the option to leave a voice message and someone would call me back, but never did I get that call back. On one occasion, I was so desperate for assistance that I opted to wait on hold the required number of minutes and when I at long last was connected to a technician, I was advised that he could not help me. You can see why I promptly cancelled with this company and switched.

 

I look forward to an on-going business relationship with Central House!

Man, Central House is a lot faster than [the local ISP I just switched from]. Don't know what the scoop is but it's almost like I have a new computer. Not only do things download faster it is a lot faster connecting and verifying the password. Very cool, glad I decided to switch! I was thinking I had to get software and I never got that direction. Jeez Louise!

Hello, This is a general letter to let you know about one of your employees. My computer was giving me fits and I called your tech support. Randy answered. He did not know me from Adam but started to walk me through some diagnostics. Over the phone he was able to tell me what was wrong with my computer. It was extensive. He suggested I bring my computer to him and let him look at it. He found spyware(s), several viruses, a Trojan, and trouble with some of my software. He suggested a virus scanner, we thought the one we had was all we needed. It was not working. He installed the software, got my computer working, cleaned up the drive and sent me on my way with resources I may still need to get or contact information for further help.

 

I felt he had gone above and beyond for an internet customer. Thank You Randy for your professionalism and shared expertise.
